On the 11th hour of the the 11th day of the 11th month join Lambeth Tour Guides, David Turnbull and Peter Brown, on this remembrance walk around Waterloo and the Southbank, exploring war poetry in all its aspects, both military and civilian, and its Lambeth connections. Commonwealth poets, soldier poets, civilian poets, poems about the blitz and Zepellin raids, poems about the Spanish Civil War, poems about love and the tragedy of war.
This is a free walk, but we are requesting anyone who attends to make a suitable personal donation to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
